Jim Reames has a passion for helping people and the financial industry. He has worked in the banking business for more than 20 years. Currently, Jim is the Market President for First Federal Savings and Loan, and he oversees all sales and operations for the Treasure Valley, managing $100 million in growth as he works to keep the bank at the forefront of the industry. Outside of work, he is passionate about giving back to younger community members and is the past President of the Nampa Boys and Girls Club board.

He is also a past president of the Nampa Kiwanis Club, and currently, he is the Board Chair for the Nampa Saint Alphonsus Foundation and has a seat on the CWI board of Trustees and oversees the finance committee. Jim earned a degree in business management from Boise State University and graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking School through the University of Washington. Jim and his wife have two daughters, 17 and 13 – and they enjoy camping in McCall and hiking, biking, and exploring the beautiful outdoors in Idaho together. Reames says, “I am only where I am because I’m blessed to be surrounded by amazing people and learned to never give up.”
