Stevie joined CWI as a staff interpreter at the beginning of 2026. She graduated from Idaho State University in 2021 with a B.S. in Sign Language Interpreting. After graduation, her interpreting career began in K-12 Education. She became licensed in the State of Idaho in 2023 and has continued interpreting education. In addition, she has experience in freelance interpreting and video relay service (VRS), which allows deaf individuals to make and receive phone calls.
Stevie actively participates in Deaf Community gatherings and loves to attend professional development events online or in person. She enjoys crafting and crocheting; she is also a bit of a card shark. Stevie is always rewatching classic tv shows from the 90s. Her favorite show is Friends. On the weekends, she enjoys spending time with friends and family. Stevie is excited to be a part of the team at CWI.
