Naomi E. Roundtree has worked extensively within the Human Resources field for 30 years, beginning her career as a Personnel Service Specialist in the U.S. Army. She has worked in a variety of industries, for organizations large and small, with a focus on organizational behavior, human capital management, and employment law compliance. As an adjunct faculty member, she draws from this experience to enhance students’ learning with real world application of our concepts, in addition to the theory and employment laws that dictate our practice.
Naomi has a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from Arizona State University and a Master’s degree in Legal Studies, with a concentration in Human Resources and Employment Law, from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, at Arizona State University. Naomi holds a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation.
In her free time, Naomi is an avid outdoors person, who enjoys hiking, biking, and traveling. She also enjoys volunteering with groups focused on veterans, community housing, and food insecurity resources.
