Mari Harris is an instructor at College of Western Idaho in the History Department. She earned her B.S. in History and BS.Ed. from the University of Idaho. Her graduate work includes an M.Ed from the University of Idaho in Curriculum and Instruction, and she is currently working on her MA in American History from Gettysburg College.
Mari is passionate about history and education; she has taught history for over 17 years. While she loves all of US History, Mari is most passionate about 1800s America and societal changes. When she isn’t busy teaching or learning history, Mari loves spending time with her family and friends or taking trips to new places.
