Julia Broderick, M.A, earned a Sociology B.S from Boise State University. During her undergraduate career, she acted as the Sociology Club President for three years. After her undergraduate degree, Julia earned a Master’s in Communication and a Graduate Certificate in College Teaching both from Boise State University. During this time, she taught Communication 101 courses and studied interpersonal communication. Julia’s research focuses on ability, invisible disabilities, and inequality. In addition to Sociology courses, Julia also teaches UF 200 and also teaches at CWI in the Global Perspectives program. She is enthusiastic about education, engaging in powerful discussions with students, and living in Idaho.
