Carlie Reynolds is the Administrative Assistant for the Law Enforcement Program for the College of Western Idaho. Carlie is a Juvenile Justice professional with over 12 years of experience. Carlie's background includes roles such as Field Training Officer and Assistant Supervisor at Southwest Idaho Juvenile Detention Center. These roles allowed her to master leadership and communication skills which she used to successfully coach a broad range of experienced and new peers at SWIJDC. Carlie is a certified POST Instructor and has been teaching for the past 9 years in various subjects with Officer Wellness and Safety and Security among her favorites to instruct.
Carlie has been married to her husband Jason for 9 years. They have two small children that keep them on their toes. They enjoy playing golf with their families and friends. They also enjoy playing and watching baseball. Carlie and Jason look forward to becoming "super fans" as their children enter into dance and sports.
