• How do I register for the online auction?

  Click on the link below to access the online auction.

  • Once on the auction site, select Register to get started.
  • A pop-up window will appear to complete registration. 

  If you are a returning guest, please log in on the top right with your email address and password to begin viewing and bidding on auction items.

• Can I view auction items without registering?

  Yes, browsing the online auction is allowed, however, you cannot bid on any auction items without registering and entering a credit card number. Once you have registered, you will also be entered to win fabulous prizes!

• Do I have to enter my credit card number to register?

  Yes! We want serious bidders, but don’t worry!  Auction Frogs is completely secure, and your card will only be charged if you win an item.

• Will I be notified if I am outbid? How long do I have to rebid?

  You will receive an email letting you know when you have been outbid. Be sure to check your email (and junk mail) so someone doesn’t steal the item out from under you! 

  If there are still multiple bidders for an item when the auction closes, the bidding will stay open until there are no further bids. Don’t wait too long to make up your mind — if three minutes goes by without a bid, the other person wins!

• If I win an item, how will I receive it?

  The Foundation staff will reach out to all winners and make arrangements for delivery or pick up of large auction items. Smaller and digital auction items will be mailed or emailed to the winners. For questions, contact the Foundation office at 208.562.3100.
