Payment in full or satisfactory payment arrangements for Workforce Development classes at College of Western Idaho are required at the time of registration. 

  • Students are responsible to withdraw from classes they do not plan to attend and are liable for all charges unless withdrawal is completed prior to the refund deadline. For questions about refunds, please review the Refund/Drop Policy.
  • Delinquent account balances will be turned over to a collection agency. Any fees associated with the collection of the debt are the responsibility of the student. 
  • Payment Options

    Payment in Full

    Payment for your classes may be made online at the time of registration using one of the following payment methods:

    • Mastercard, Visa, or Discover credit or debit card
    • electronic check

    To use alternate methods of payment, registration must be completed in person at One Stop Student Services or by calling 208.562.3000

    Payment Plans

    Some programs may be eligible for a payment plan. Contact One Stop Student Services to learn more. 

  • Scholarships

    Scholarships are available for qualified students to help cover costs associated with Workforce Development classes. As scholarship funds are not guaranteed, alternate payment arrangements must be made at the time of registration.

  • Veteran Benefits

    Veterans may be entitled to assistance with college expenses. Funds may also be available for spouses and dependents.

    • VA benefits and non-credit classes

    Apprenticeships

    If you are enrolled in an apprenticeship program (Electrical, HVAC, or Plumbing), please work with the State VA Coordinator to use your VA benefits.
