CWI to Rollout 25Live
The College of Western Idaho (CWI) event team is pleased to announce CWI’s online scheduling software, 25Live, will be unveiled to all full-time faculty and staff on Jan. 13. The expanded access will allow space to be requested for meetings, events, or other activities occurring on campus or at a CWI community location directly in 25Live, which is the master scheduling system for the College. Please remember that any event or reservation of space hosted by CWI, on or off campus, needs to be submitted to the Scheduling office through this system.
The current links to submit requests, located under "Important Links" on myCWI and "Resources" on the CWI Events webpage, will remain active and automatically be directed to the 25Live form. You may also access 25Live at www.25live.collegenet.com/cwidaho/. Employees will utilize their CWI login credentials to submit requests. Online training is being created. In the meantime contact Scheduling at scheduling@cwi.edu with any questions.
