Remote Operations and Services

Published: March 19, 2020

To all students,

The College of Western Idaho (CWI) will move all student and public serving functions to remote based work in all locations and buildings from March 23-28. CWI is OPEN, but the buildings are closed during this time.

CWI Facilities will be using this time to accelerate their work in cleaning the buildings.

I want each of you to know: CWI is standing by our people. We will support our work-study students, as well as our full and part-time employees, staff, and faculty.

As with our normally scheduled Spring Break, services are limited, so please visit cwi.edu for more information.

As this situation develops, please continue to look for further communication coming to you. Please take the time to read it thoroughly. The details are important now and as we move forward.

We will be updating our Frequently Asked Questions on cwi.edu/coronavirus. And as always, please practice the strictest of hygiene, social isolation and distancing, and curtail your travel to imperative short trips only; health care and food restocking.

All my best to you—

Bert A. Glandon
President
College of Western Idaho

And President’s Cabinet:

Denise Aberle-Cannata, Provost Instruction Administration
Craig Brown, EVP Operations
Mark Browning, VP, College Relations
Lillian Talley, VP, Human Resources
Tony Meatte, VP, Finance & Administration
Dr. Bert Glandon
