College of Western Idaho Nursing Program Hosts Accreditation Team

MEDIA ADVISORY – College of Western Idaho (CWI) will host the National League for Nursing Accreditation (NLNAC) later this month to conduct a site review for initial accreditation of the College’s Nursing program. For the review process, CWI is asking for community input on the program. The CWI Nursing program is currently in candidacy status for national accreditation through the NLNAC.

As part of this visit, the community is invited to attend a meeting with the visiting team:

Wednesday – Jan. 30
3:30-4:30 p.m.
Canyon County Center
Room 112


The meeting will provide an opportunity to share comments about the program. Written comments can also be sent to the NLNAC until Jan. 18. Contact information for the NLNAC, as well as additional information on the accreditation visit can be found at /academics/nursing.
