MEDIA ADVISORY – On Friday, March 1, the CWI Library will be moving to a new location in the Nampa Campus Multipurpose Building located next to Aspen Classroom Building near the intersection of N. Idaho Center Boulevard and Birch Lane. The current Library location will close at noon, Friday.
New Library Opens:
Monday – March 4

The new Library will feature additional computers and overall space, study rooms, and a library instruction classroom. Following the move, the current CWI Library room at Nampa Campus Academic Building will be transformed into space for Tutoring Services.
The Multipurpose Building will be the future home of several departments from across the College, which will be moving into the beautiful new facility over the next several months. The building will house the CWI Medical Express Care Clinic as well as offices for Advancement, Facilities, Information Technology, and Instruction, which are all scheduled to move-in by the end of March. CWI’s Early Childhood Education program will also call the Multipurpose Building home and is set to move into its new space this summer.
The Library staff is planning to celebrate the move with a Grand Opening Party and Art Show Exhibition on Wednesday, March 13, from Noon to 3 p.m. in conjunction with the LibART art contest.
