College of Western Idaho’s (CWI) Commencement Ceremony is almost here and employee volunteers are needed to help with the celebration. The ceremony will take place Saturday, May 9, at 7 p.m. at Taco Bell Arena in Boise. Volunteering provides a great opportunity to share in the success of CWI students. Volunteer times vary based on assignment. Volunteers are welcome to celebrate with students and stay for the entire ceremony or leave when volunteer duties are complete.
Hourly employees need to work with their supervisor to adjust work hours accordingly. Anyone interested in volunteering please email Jenny Johnson at jennyjohnson@cwi.edu no later than 5 p.m. on Monday, April 13. The email should indicate the desired shift. Times cannot be guaranteed, but preferences will certainly be taken into consideration. The shifts available are:
- 4:30-7:15 p.m.
- 6:00-9:15 p.m.
- 7:00-9:15 p.m.
