On Monday (Jan. 13) the College of Western Idaho (CWI) event team announced the College’s online scheduling software, 25Live, is now available for use by full-time faculty and staff. The expanded access allows space to be requested for meetings, events, or other activities occurring on campus or at a CWI community location directly in 25Live, which is the master scheduling system for the College. Please remember that any event or reservation of space hosted by CWI, on or off campus, needs to be submitted to the Scheduling Office through this system.
To access 25Live, view “Important Links” on myCWI or visit https://25live.collegenet.com/cwidaho/. CWI login credentials should be used to submit requests. For an optimum user experience, access 25Live in Firefox or Google Chrome. Online training is currently being created.
