Sally Young is an Academic Advisor dedicated to supporting students as they navigate their college journey and work toward achieving their academic and personal goals. As a first-generation college graduate, Sally understands firsthand the challenges and questions that can come with navigating the college landscape, and she is passionate about helping students feel confident, supported, and empowered along the way.
Sally earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Idaho State University and is currently completing her master’s degree there as well. Her educational experiences have shaped her passion for student support and strengthened her commitment to helping students find their path and reach their goals.
Outside of her work, Sally enjoys spending time in Idaho’s gorgeous landscapes, making memories with family and friends, and taking her French Bulldog, Louie, on new adventures. She is also a big fan of coffee, Red Bull, and sweet treats!
