Programs such as PowerSports and Small Engine Repair benefit from receiving previously used outdoor power equipment to give students real-life, hands-on experience in servicing and inspecting equipment. Every year all of the repaired equipment is sold at a spring sale. The funds raised are invested back into the program. This is just one more way in-kind donations benefit students at CWI.
How You Can Help Our Programs
Your support definitely matters. Programs benefit from financial donations and in-kind contributions of specialized equipment and tools. College of Western Idaho's (CWI) programs are dedicated to improving the community's economic well-being by responding with highly-educated and productive graduates. Your contribution to Program Excellence is a wonderful way to support the needs of multiple students in various programs at CWI—especially those most important to you.
