Welcome New CWI Students!
Students wishing to attend CWI must complete New Student Orientation prior to being eligible to register for classes. If you have questions about your application, or the admissions process please contact the CWI OneStop at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 208.562.3000.
Orientation takes approximately 1 hour to complete and you MUST complete the Orientation Review Quiz below the last slide in Module 5 in order to complete NSO.
If you are unable to access The New Student Orientation, or you experience technical difficulty while using the system, please:
New Student Orientation
New Student Orientation is an opportunity for incoming students to learn more about CWI and complete their first semester advising and registration. NSO is currently only available on-line via Blackboard, though in-person sessions may be scheduled, as circumstances allow.
Students admitted for Spring or Summer 2022 are encouraged to complete New Student Orientation soon after they are admitted, as NSO has valuable information about your Financial Aid options, technology, resources available to new students, and information on how to register for classes.
New Student Orientation Session Overview
If you are a new, degree-seeking student and fully admitted to CWI, you should complete or attend a New Student Orientation to register for classes. Please note that many of our Career and Technical Education programs have their own program orientations, and New Student Orientation will not waive that requirement.
