Apply for Admission

  • Applications are accepted year round.
    • View the Academic Calendar for important dates and deadlines specific to each semester.
  • The admission application should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
    • Creating a password for your account will enable you to return to your application at any time to complete.
  • Some programs only begin during certain semesters, while others may require a supplemental application process with additional deadlines.
    • Visit the program page to view requirements and important dates. 

Once your application has been submitted, be sure to add onestop@cwi.edu as a contact to ensure you are receiving important communication from the College.

Federal Financial Aid

  • Apply for federal financial aid by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
  • Completing the FAFSA can not only help you pay for school but will maximize your opportunities for scholarships, work-study positions, and more!

Non-degree seeking student are not eligible for federal financial aid. As such, please be sure to pay for your classes by the Tuition and Fees Deadline listed on the Academic Calendar.

New Students

New students (17 and over) seeking a degree or certificate are required to submit official transcripts as part of the admission process.

To be considered for admission, 16-year-old students must: 

Students under age 16 will be considered for admission on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the requirements above, students must submit a letter from a parent or guardian describing the request for an exception to admission requirements.
