How do I take the Kaplan Nursing Admissions Exam?
The Kaplan Nursing Admissions Exam may be taken at any proctored testing center. Official test scores used for College of Western Idaho's (CWI) Registered Nursing application must be within the past five years.
The recommended steps in completing the Kaplan Nursing Admissions Exam are as follows:
- Create an account on the CWI Kaplan Nursing site.
- Once your account is created, schedule a time to take the Kaplan Nursing Admissions Exam at the College's Testing Services. Advance notice is required to take this exam.
CWI Students
- Select your testing location.
- Choose Placement Exams, then Course Placement.
- Select the Kaplan Nursing Entrance Exam for CWI Students
- If taking the exam for a second time, select Kaplan Repeat Admissions.
- Complete additional fields as required.
Non-CWI Students
$25 proctoring fee required
- Select your testing location.
- Choose Certification Exams, then Health Professions.
- Select the Kaplan Nursing Entrance Exam for Non-CWI Students​​.
- If taking the exam for a second time, select Exam Repeat Admissions.
- Complete additional fields as required.
