Local Counseling Resources

You are here

When looking for counseling services, the cost can be a big factor. To try and reduce your cost first check with your health insurance company and/or employer to learn about your benefits. Many health insurance policies cover mental health services and will give you a list of approved providers in your area. Also, many employers have an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that will give you a referral and cover a specific number of visits.

If neither of these situations applies to you, or you prefer to not use your insurance, you may be looking for a reduced-cost option. Listed below are some offices in the area that have low-cost counseling options available. Low-cost options may include working with a Counseling Intern who is working towards their master's degree and licensure.
