Juried Art Exhibition
You are here
Submissions are now being accepted for the 2023 Juried Art Exhibition, which takes place during College of Western Idaho's (CWI) annual Connections Project. Submit your work in the Connections Project Portal section in Blackboard. All currently registered students are encouraged to participate. Cassandra Schiffler, Arts and Culture Coordinator for the City of Meridian, will jury the 2023 Exhibition. The winner will receive $150.00!
Students may submit three works for consideration. Each submission should include images or a viewable link for video submissions, an Artist Statement (PDF) of fewer than 100 words, and an optional photo (JPEG) of the artist.
2-D and 3-D Work: Up to three image files (JPEG) may be included for each submission.
Video Submissions: Include a list of works including links to online or downloadable digital content that do NOT require a login, password, or membership to view. Videos must not be longer than 300 seconds. Entries may be in the form of a YouTube or Vimeo link. Links must remain valid and active from the submission of works until jury results are received.
The Visual and Performing Arts department at CWI will have the right to use photographs of accepted work for educational and promotional purposes. Beyond such use, the artist retains full copyright of exhibited work. Submission of work will constitute an agreement to comply with these conditions.
