All exams must be scheduled at least 12-hours in advance. We currently can't accommodate walk-ins. If you do not have an appointment or cannot show proof of registration (RegisterBlast email confirmation), you will not be permitted to test.

Exam Closures:

Some of our exam platforms are ran through third-party vendors (such as Math Diagnostic, CLEP, or MOS exams). Because of this, exams can sometimes be taken offline. Despite being available to schedule, you may not be able to test if their platform is down for service.

Exam Cancellation and Rescheduling:

You may cancel or reschedule your own appointments by visiting at least 12 hours before your appointment time.

If you are within your 12-hour window, please call or email us and we would be happy to cancel or reschedule your appointment for you.

Please note that no refunds will be issued for appointment cancellations or no-shows.
