Information Technology Help Desk

The College of Western Idaho (CWI) Information Technology Help Desk provides support for information technology equipment and services. The Help Desk is the first point of contact for prospective students, current students, and faculty and staff requiring assistance from the Department of Information Technology.

CWI employees needing assistance with their college owned desktop/laptop computers, or other electronic equipment will need to follow procedures for assistance. The goal of these procedures is to minimize exposure, prioritize effectively, and assign requests properly.

By Online Request (Any Time)

If you are experiencing a non-urgent problem or would like to request support at a time when the Help Desk is not operating, you may submit an online request for assistance.

New Requests:

Help Desk Form

  1. Using an Internet browser, go to the Help Desk Form: 
  2. Add a new request by completing the Help Desk Request form.

For Existing Help Desk Requests, visit:

  1. Use your student/employee domain account credentials to log on.
  2. Make notes, update status, add documents, and save changes.

For Urgent Issues, Contact Us by Phone (During Hours of Operation)

You may call the Help Desk during hours of operation to report an urgent problem or request support. The Help Desk phone number is: (208) 562-3444.

Help Desk Hours of Operation:

Day Time
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
