Rental Rates

Review the information below for facility room and equipment rental rates, as well as after-hour support fees at College of Western Idaho (CWI). 

  • Discounted rates are available for state, federal, and non-profit organizations.
  • Payment is due in full three (3) days prior to the event.
  • CWI should be notified via email of any cancellations at least 10 days prior to the event in order to receive a refund. 
  • External requestors must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance showing coverage for the date(s) of their event(s).

  • Discounted rates are not available for after-hours support.
  • After-hours A/V and IT Technician charges apply outside the standard business hours of Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Security and custodial charges apply outside campus building hours for the date of the event. Custodial services are unavailable on weekends.

Discount Eligibility

The following groups are eligible for a 15% discounted rate

  • Government entities (state, local, federal)
  • School districts
  • Colleges and universities
  • Nonprofit community organizations
  • Nonprofit charities

Non-profit groups must provide proof of their official non-profit status to receive the discounted rate.
