Sydney joined CWI in June of 2026. She has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish at the University of Nevada, Reno. After completing her undergraduate studies, Sydney worked at Alta California Regional Center as a Service Coordinator for children with disabilities. In 2025, Sydney received her Master of Science in Behavior Analysis at the University of Nevada, Reno. During her graduate studies, Sydney managed the Teaching Lab at the Global Institute of Behavior Analysis (GIBA) and specialized in reducing academic procrastination. During her time in the GIBA Teaching Lab, she developed a variety of instructional content and led study sessions and workshops for graduate students. Sydney has a passion for higher education and enjoys working with students to develop individualized and accessible approaches to learning.
Outside of working with students, Sydney enjoys listening to local live music, adding to her record collection, playing card games with her friends, and spending time with her French Bulldog, Blue.
