What I Do
Monica Lange serves as the senior admissions representative for College of Western Idaho’s (CWI) Boise One Stop Student Services admissions team, equipping domestic and international applicants with knowledge and resources to navigate the admissions process with confidence. Her goal is to ensure every prospective student feels welcomed, informed, and connected as they begin their journey at CWI.

Lange brings a passion for education, community engagement, and empowering others to realize their potential.
Before joining the College, she developed a strong foundation in customer service and interior design, earning recognition for outstanding service and cultivating a talent for tailoring solutions to individual needs.
As a CWI graduate who studied abroad herself, Lange experienced firsthand how accessible education can open doors to new opportunities. Over the past decade, she has built a career centered on education and community engagement, connecting with diverse learners and encouraging individuals to pursue opportunities aligned with their aspirations.
Driven by a commitment to student achievement, Lange guides applicants through the admissions process while fostering a collaborative, student-centered team culture. She believes everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, and confident in shaping their future.
