Jason is a veteran law enforcement professional with 29 years of experience in patrol, investigations, and training, having served as a Field Training Officer, a K9 handler, a SWAT team member, a Violent Crime Detective specializing in critical incident and homicide investigations, an Internet Crimes Against Children Investigator, a Special Victims Unit Sergeant, Impaired Driving Enforcement Unit Sergeant, and a Bomb Squad Team Member and Unit Commander across multiple agencies. A dedicated instructor throughout his career, he has trained new officers at the academy level, delivered FEMA-approved tactical curriculum nationwide as a Senior Instructor, and presented his homicide investigation work to national organizations including the Vidocq Society and the Sherry Black Foundation.
