Janet Novotny

Novotny holds a doctorate in Business and a master’s Degree in Business from the University of Arkansas. She was a business professor for 20 years at John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, and was a culinary Instructor at the Culinary Institute of Montana. She has taught online business and English classes for Northwestern State University of Louisiana, Indiana Wesleyan, Grand Canyon University, and College of Western Idaho and has been a Family Consumer Science teacher at North Junior High in Boise the last three years.
