What I Do
Hailie Martell works with One Stop Student Services representatives to help students start college. She can help you navigate the admissions process and provide information about the programs College of Western Idaho offers. She can often be found out in local schools and the community introducing prospective students to the College.
About
Martell became part of the CWI team in August 2017, starting as a work-study student in Testing Services. Over the years, she progressed from a student worker to a full-time employee, showcasing her dedication and growth. She earned an Associate of Science degree in Elementary Education from CWI and a Bachelor of Science from Lewis-Clark State College. As a first-generation college student, she is passionate about ensuring everyone has the opportunity to achieve their goals. She is eager to support and guide students as they work toward their aspirations.
Outside of work, Martell stays active and engaged. You might find her at the gym, cheering on her little brother and the Homedale Trojans, or spending quality time with family and friends embracing all of life’s adventures.
