New Student Admission Process

1. Complete the FREE Admission Application
- View the Academic Calendar for important dates and deadlines specific to each semester.
- The admission application should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
- Creating a password for your account will enable you to return to your application at any time to complete.
Once your application has been submitted, be sure to add onestop@cwi.edu as a contact to ensure you are receiving important communication from the College.

2. Apply for Financial Aid

- Apply for federal financial aid by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
- Completing the FAFSA can not only help you pay for school but will maximize your opportunities for scholarships, work-study positions, and more!

3. Submit Transcripts
New students (17 and over) seeking a degree or certificate are required to submit official transcripts as part of the admission process.
High School or

Submitting your transcripts:
In-Person - Submit your transcripts in-person to any One Stop Student Services locations.
- Transcripts must be in the original, sealed envelope from the institution.
Fax - Transcripts may be submitted via fax to 1.888.562.3216.
- Transcripts must be faxed directly from the institution with a cover letter on letterhead.
Email - Transcripts may be submitted via email to onestop@cwi.edu.
- Transcripts must be emailed directly from the institution.

Nampa, ID 83653- Transcripts must be clearly marked ‘official’ and have an official school signature/stamp on the transcript.
To be considered for admission, 16-year-old students must:
- Submit an official final high school or home school transcript, GED transcript, or HiSET certificate as outlined above.
- Complete the Petition for Underage Admission and Parent Consent Form.
Students under age 16 will be considered for admission on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the requirements above, students must submit a letter from a parent or guardian describing the request for an exception to admission requirements.

The first step once you are officially admitted as a student will be to sign in to your student account.
With your student account set up, you will be ready to submit placement scores, attend New Student Orientation, apply for scholarships, and more!
