Payment in Full
Payment for your classes may be made online at the time of registration using one of the following payment methods:
- Mastercard, Visa, or Discover credit or debit card
- Electronic check
Payment in Person
To use alternate methods of payment or to pay by phone, please visit or call One Stop Student Services at 208.562.3000.
Payment by Mail
Checks are accepted by mail made payable to College of Western Idaho.

- Please include your student ID number on the bottom left of the check.
- Check payments must be issued in U.S. dollars, and drawn on, or payable through, a U.S. bank.
- Refunds on check payments, including traveler's checks, will not be issued earlier than 15 business days after payment is received.

Scholarships
Scholarships are available for qualified students to help cover costs associated with Workforce Development classes. As scholarship funds are not guaranteed, alternate payment arrangements must be made at the time of registration.
Advanced Opportunities Funding
Advanced Opportunities funding may be utilized by students in high school to pay for select Workforce Development courses at CWI including:
- HVAC Apprenticeship: Year 1, Courses A and B
- Electrical Apprenticeship: Year 1, Courses A and B
- Plumbing Apprenticeship: Year 1, Courses A and B

Veteran Benefits
Veterans may be entitled to assistance with college expenses. Funds may also be available for spouses and dependents.

Apprenticeships
If you are enrolled in an apprenticeship program (Electrical, HVAC, or Plumbing), please work with the State VA Coordinator to use your VA benefits.
