Welcome to ACES, the Writing & AI Literacy Center's Asynchronous Consultation Email Service. This service is designed for College of Western Idaho (CWI) students seeking written feedback from a writing consultant and are unable to meet for an in-person or online appointment. 

    What We Do

    Our team of consultants are available to: 

    • Offer insights as a dedicated reader to your work.
    • Explore options for revisions.
    • Provide meaningful feedback to guide you. 

    Submit Your Writing

    • To submit your writing through ACES, log in to Upswing using your CWI username and password.
    • Once logged in, select Upload an assignment for review.
    • Complete the required information, attach your draft and any supporting files as indicated, then click Submit. 
    • Your writing will be reviewed by a Writing Center consultant and feedback will be emailed to you within two (2) business days. Please plan accordingly.
