The College of Western Idaho (CWI) Fun and Culture Committee (FCC) would like to thank everyone who participated in this year’s Halloween costume and decorating contests. The CWI Library took home top honors for office space decorations, while the following winners were selected for best costumes at each of the grouped locations:
