The College of Western Idaho (CWI) Political Science program is honored to host guest speaker, Dr. Leif Hoffmann, at the Ada County Campus, April 8. Hoffmann is an Associate Professor of Political Science at Lewis-Clark State College. His lecture will provide a brief overview of the motives and history of European integration. Hoffmann raises the question of “What is Europe?” rather than “Where is Europe?” in order to define the country itself and their political impact.
