Celebrate Latinx Heritage at CWI [1]
Join College of Western Idaho (CWI) in celebration of the histories, culture, traditions, and contributions of those whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central and South America during Latinx Heritage Month Week, Sept. 20 – 23.
The week of celebration, hosted at the Nampa Campus Academic Building [2], will be filled with presentations, workshops, food, and more including a keynote presentation by Marcos Serratos-Garcia [3]. Serratos-Garcia is a 2018 CWI graduate and one of the College’s very first Navegando Mentors [4]. He is now an instructor in CWI’s Heavy Duty Truck program.
