College of Western Idaho (CWI) will host its fourth-annual United Registered Organizations and Clubs (UROC) “Thrilling” Halloween Party on Friday, Oct. 24. Get dressed up and join UROC for some trick-or-treating, Frankenstein food, goblin punch, werewolf music, and good times. The party is open to the public and will run from 6-9 p.m. at the Micron Center for Professional Technical Education [2] in Nampa.
