On Dec. 19, 2016, the main network connection at College of Western Idaho’s (CWI) Micron Center for Professional Technical Education received a major upgrade. The speed was increased from 100Mbs to 500Mbps. The increase is a welcome improvement as it will allow all users at the facility to have a much better experience when using the lab computers, employee computers, and wireless internet.
