Springtime Greens Time 21-Day Challenge [1]
Are you eating the recommended amounts of vegetables and fruits? Sign up [2] to participate in March’s Employee Wellness Challenge, Springtime Greens Time [3], by Monday, Feb. 28! As a participant of this challenge, your goal will be to eat the daily amounts of vegetables and fruits for 21-days as recommended by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Using the FDA’s MyPlate app or tools available on the MyPlate website, participants can create a personalized plan for these amounts.
