Haley has 15 years of experience in academia encompassing instruction, scholarly and institutional research, and administration. She is a published researcher dedicated to campus safety, improving student retention and learning outcomes, ensuring disability and Title IX compliance, and the pursuit of continual improvement through measurable outcomes. Haley is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, addressing the needs of at-risk students, and cultivating community partnerships as a powerful force for development and growth.
As her kids can attest, nothing brings her more joy than getting to learn, play, and grow alongside students of all ages. She considers herself fortunate to serve our Nampa students here at CWI.
