CW 110 – Safe & Ethical Adoption of Artificial Intelligence This policy establishes a clear framework for the responsible, ethical, and secure use of artificial intelligence (AI) at CWI. It guides employees in using AI to enhance learning, improve operations, and support students and the community, while ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with the College’s mission and legal obligations. Effective June 1, 2026.
HR 220 – Emeritus Program Changes have been made to recognize significant contributions made to CWI by former Board of Trustee members and long‐term employees. Effective July 1, 2026.
HR 180 – Employee Benefits has been revised to document the recommendations from the Culture Work Group and to clean up other outdated language. Effective July 1, 2026.
