For Surgical Technology program clinical assignments, you will need proof of up-to-date immunizations, CPR certification, a criminal history background check, and health insurance.

You will receive instructions on submitting a request for a background check once accepted into the program. Confirmation of the request for a background check will be required. The background check costs approximately $60.

Our clinical partners require all students to have and maintain health insurance during the program.
