No age is too old to apply for the Physical Therapist Assistant program. However, physical therapy is a physically demanding profession that requires stamina. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you may be required to stand for long periods of time, sometimes without a break. Assistants must be able to move quickly, lift objects, have good eye sight (corrective lenses are fine), and good hearing.
