How does CWI focus programs?

CWI recognizes Idaho’s skills gap between our current workforce and the needed workforce for business and industry to continue to grow and thrive. Alongside state and local leaders, the College continues to research these gaps and respond with programs that provide the training to meet the workforce needs. Our programs are community driven. The top needs and fastest growing areas currently include health sciences, computer science and information technology, business and economics, engineering, and communications. As a community college, CWI is uniquely positioned to partner with business and industry to educate a skilled workforce and respond quickly to changing and emerging markets.
