Transfer Resources

Articulation Agreements - information regarding transfer course equivalents and transfer equivalency agreements with other institutions (articulation agreements).

Degree Checklist - The undergraduate check sheets provide the major requirements for each bachelors and associate degree offered and requirements for minors, endorsements, and certificate programs.

Transfer Equivalency System - The Transfer Equivalency System is intended to be used as an unofficial guide to assist prospective students in reviewing course transferability at Boise State. Official transferability decisions are made by Boise State upon admission and the receipt of official transcripts.

Program Advisor - The Program Advisor website is a great tool to connect with a program advisor.

Transfer Resources - The Transfer Resources website outlines the admission process, based on how many credits you have. Students need to make sure they apply by the deadline.

  • Guaranteed admission to Boise State, upon successful completion of a College of Western Idaho AA, AS, or AAS degree (Limited and selective access programs may require additional admissions requirements/processes.)
  • Reserved seats at the first transfer student orientation
  • The choice of any edition of the Boise State catalog, provided that the catalog was published and was in force while you were enrolled at Boise State and/or CWI, and provided that the catalog is no older than six (6) academic years at the time of your graduation from Boise State University.
  • Coordinated academic advising between Boise State and CWI.
  • Access to Boise State’s Career Center Services
  • Free admission to select Bronco athletic events

Any AA or AS from a regionally accredited school transfer well to these options:

AAS or AS in radiology or other imaging credential required:

On-Site Transfer Center

The Boise State Center at CWI is located in the Nampa Aspen Classroom Building (NASP) . Students are able to meet with an admissions counselor or an academic coordinator to assist in their transition to Boise State after completing their degree at CWI. 208.562.3423.
