How To Report A Positive Case or Exposure - Call 813.699.3551

For those students, faculty, and staff who receive a positive diagnosis or may have been in close contact with someone who is COVID-19 positive, a self-report line has been established to assist in this process.

CWI has partnered with an independent contact tracing team, Rapid-Trace, that is dedicated to providing support for those diagnosed with COVID-19, including assistance with tracing, as well as contacting individuals who have been exposed.  Names will not be shared and any personal information will be kept private. Your participation in this process will greatly reduce the spread of COVID-19, keep our campus community healthy and safe, and allow us to continue face-to-face instruction.

If you test positive for COVID-19

  1. Call Rapid-Trace to self-report at: 813.699.3551 between the hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. MST
  2. Rapid-Trace will assist with information to navigate effective isolation, confidentially notify the College on your behalf, provide information and resources in the local area, and confidentially notify anyone else who may have been exposed.
