The 2016 College of Western Idaho (CWI) Employee Halloween Costume Contest was a tough competition this year as there were several clever and incredible entries. Here are this year's winners:

The Culture and Employee Engagement Committee (CEEC) wants to thank everyone who participated this year. So many of the costumes and group themes were awesome and deserving of recognition.
